Established in 2006, our journey began with a vision to fill the need for an exclusive gluten-free bakery. We started on Worcester Street and grew quickly, expanding into three additional shops to establish a vibrant hub for gluten-free delights. In late 2010, Lori joined the team, and together we took over the Gingerbread Man, allowing us to serve you even better. Despite the challenges we faced, including the 2011 earthquake, our commitment to our customers remained unwavering.
